  6. This program was developed by Colin Seymour for Central Research Laboratories
  7. Limited (CRL), "out of hours".  As such it has not received special funding,
  8. does not form part of any contractual obligation, quality control system, or
  9. project control, although "good practice" has been applied as far as possible.  
  10. It is provided purely on a NO WARRANTY AS-IS basis.  No guarantee is given
  11. regarding the performance or results obtained by using the software.

  13. Bug reports and comments are welcomed, but replies and support services will
  14. not generally be provided.
